This Return & Refund Policy applies to all items sold through our online store and shipped to customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Our products are made on demand, meaning each item is printed specifically for your order.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications, or

  • Clearly personalized.

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply in the EU or the UK, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

2. Returns & Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a defective item

  • The print is damaged or flawed

  • You received the wrong size, color, or design

 

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photographic evidence of the issue may be requested

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a free replacement or

  • Issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs

You will not be required to return defective items unless explicitly requested.

 

3. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues

As items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Preference-based reasons (e.g. fit, color tone, or feel)

Please consult our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
